Our Goals
Recognizing nurses and the healthcare team for the work they do and the contributions they make is vital.
The Recognition and Rewards Committee was initiated to express the deep appreciation and celebration of the nurses, PCAs, secretaries, and staff that work extremely hard every day to provide the highest level of care to our patients and members of the community.
Our goal is that ongoing recognition and celebration will positively impact employee moral, improve engagement, and convey a high level of appreciation.
Meaningful recognition has the ability to renew a nurse's commitment to their profession, add pride in their work, and deepen their loyalty to both the nursing team and to the healthcare organization. We strive to make make meaningful recognition a part of our culture, and work hard to continually honor and recognize our staff.
